Spoke to the commander actually. She mentioned that any illness we contract would be healed almost instantaneously. As far as I know, that extends to every part of the medical disciplines.

Also of note– we're all sterile. So if you were worried about ending up as a midwife or something, guess you won't have to.

I can't say that being a midwife was my primary concern.

Did the commander mention if there was an accelerated healing factor in with this? Or just immunity to disease?

I guess with all the fighting, beheading would be a primary concern, huh?

Seems like there is an accelerated healing factor. Not to say that we should all just jump into the line of fire or anything.
